Got me a 1/35 RC Tank, T34-85 (small build thread) 14 years 4 months ago #10534

Oh boy after all these postings and reading about these cool 1/16 Tank and Panzer I really got in the mood. After I saw two of these Tamiya 2.4 ghz kits on ebay I googled a bit to get more intell and Oh suprise saw both off them for half price at an german online store. So I decided to order one.
( I am a bit running out of space, another bruiser and to many M38 so thats why I went for 1/35 ;) )

So here it goes, the box

Inside the box

Oh boy it is all so tiny

Sorry bit fuzy

I skip the details, so here's the finished hull minus electronics and paint.

All installed, it's pretty cramped inside, thinner and a bit more flexible wiring would have been nice same for the plugs

The rear gearboxes and speaker

Turret and maingun motor unit plus MFU

Inside the turet, infrared receiver and led to maingun

Battle unit prism and infrared led

Case closed

Next up is some weathering, already tried just a little bit but here's the last pic for now.

ps. don't let the pics fool u, if i remove the sleeper cabin the T34 would fit in the rear of my bruiser :woohoo:

They are so funny to run. I have one modern us tank and the kubelwagen in 1/16. It is more a toy but it is very cool to run it
