Finally I got my own Yeti, a good one in good shape with a few installed upgrades. I've disassembled it, cleaned it for inspection and re-lubed it, and enforced the body from inside with aluminium duct tape. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nice score, that Yeti looks to be in really solid shape. You can tell it’s been well looked after, and those upgrades are a great bonus. Doing a full teardown, clean, and re-lube right away is always the smart move, especially on a crawler that’s actually going to see use. Reinforcing the body from the inside with aluminum tape is a classic trick too, simple but effective for preventing cracks over time. Overall it looks like a great base to build on, and the stance and tires suit it perfectly. Enjoy it, the Yeti is still an absolute blast to drive.
