Today I narrowed down some front wheels for my latest Kyosho Optima build. It's a Optima inspired by the Turbo Optima Mid Special (TOMS). I called mine TOPS, short for Turbo Optima Pro Special ;-)
Here is the TOPS with wide wheels both at the front and at the back.

But as the TOMS have narrower wheels/tires up front, I had to cut and glue the 2.2 wheels I have found for this build (they only come in wide), to make it right. After cutting off the flange, I cut away another portion of the wheel, and then glued the flange part on again using JB Weld.

So now I'll just have to wait for the JB Weld to cure, and then I'll try on some narrower tires. I just hope this works

One of the glued wheels side by side with a normal size gray wheel of the same type.

Everything apart from the Pajero sold overnight/this morning - I've take the Pajero off sale as I was always half inclined to keep it & make a metaltop version (as shown in Tamiya News) out of it...

About my pricing though, I mean with 7 cars selling in less than 24 hours I have to wonder if I could have asked a bit more. I mean, my ideal price as a seller is if a prospective buyer sucks air through their teeth, but clicks "buy it now" anyway.

That would be much more useful DSR than "How quickly did the seller dispatch the item?" (also known as "how unaware are you of the difference between dispatch speed and delivery speed?") , thus:

And, of course, for ratings other than 5 stars:

Nothing too exciting (for you) today, but for me another 20 liters of junk and 10 liters of recycling moved out of my workshop  I'm enjoying the feeling of getting rid of the clutter / stuff we hold on to but no real requirement for
