Just waiting for an adjustable alloy motor mount to arrive and I'll be re-gearing to 70T spur /17T pinion; I also have a vintage chrome can Johnson with the black metal endcap to swap out the rather noisy Mabuchi...
I am using a Radiomaster TX12 stick transmitter rather than a new-fangled trigger type; sticking with NiMh 5100mAh Absima as I don't entirely trust LiPo, and the receiver is a Corona Futaba clone.
