Here's a comparison of my model with the real thing. This is the color scheme I was trying to match. Note the way the grille and fenders are gray rather than the body color. The main difference is I used a gunmetal bed.

Wow, that is a beautiful build! Those option parts cost a bunch but in the end they really do make a difference. I too was surprised the tipping pieces were not included in the kit but it would have added a lot to the price of the base kit, sort of the problem with the Tamiya R/C tanks. Seeing the build up of the tipping parts set it you do appreciate the amount of engineering Tamiya put into it. Very nice work indeed
