Have you thought about finding someone with a laser cutter to do them for you? Maybe a sign maker? A job like that would take seconds on a laser once set up. You could have them make a number of them from one sheet and try to sell the spares on ebay to get some money back.

It is a real shame - I used to work for a laser manufacturer and I could have done stuff like that for free on their demo units :(

waterbook, ok, copperplate should be thick enough! I'll have a look to get some F O R D Letters ;)

I've found some guy, selling the servo cover of the BF - already sent to me :)
Also I've ordered ball bearings, oil-damper and a servo saver (there was a dummy at the photo of BF in eBay...). I'm still a little bit angry about the dummy parts of the BF, installed from the seller and boost the price a bit up. I think, 35 Euro were too much for this kind of ... but now i'm looking forward to get a nice piece of a monstrous F150 B)

I think 35euro is ok for what you got, they go for double that here in that condition.
With all second hand things, be prepared for muppetry & damage, it goes with the territory.
A wise man once said "When buying second hand, remember that for every 1x thing you see wrong, there will be 3x more things you didn't know about".

Personally, I buy second hand stuff half for the entertainment of finding poor workmanship, some stuff really makes me giggle (The card gearbox bearing in my Wild Willy was a goodun!)

Yeah that IS nice, some serious effort & skill gone into that one, likely to make a bit more than 35euro too I suspect!

Today was sanding day. B)

Removed the standard BF Mount for orignal Rollbar with a very small saw

...only to get two new plastic-spacers! The rest of the body will go into trash.

Just joking... filling up not needed holes

sanding no1 with 320-600

sanding no2 with 1200 and water

Now it's rough and ready to get primed B)

I have to fill it up and sand again...

Edit: Filled

Btw any hints about colouring it correctly? Like at a body, prim, color, clear coat?

This is very interesting:

A DF03 slipper clutch inserted into a MB-Gearbox.

I'm currently searching for hints how to improve the Gearbox of my BF. The countergear is very loosy. Maybe i can get more power out of it, if i can stable this part and do some other improvements.

Personally I wouldn't bother trying to "fix" a MB gearbox, it was designed for a small-wheel buggy & none of the internals are up to the shock-torque from big heavy wheels. If I were going to do something about it, I think I'd look into grafting in a gearbox from something else that already has to withstand a lot of punishment, maybe a Wild One or seriously hacked Clod 'box.
Next step would be to tie the rear arms back to something solid to stop them splaying & twisting & popping the halfshafts out.
Then all you have to worry about is the front end falling apart & the front of the chassis breaking off.
Alternatively, buy an Emaxx, they work straight out of the box, if you want a car you can use (HBX Bonzer is excellent too, & much cheaper)
