Martini Porsche 58002 RC same body as Static kit? 11 years 10 months ago #32668

Hi all,

If I had the RC version Tamiya 58002 and needed some body panels, could I pick up the static 1/12 version parts tree's as identicle replacments?

This full static kit for example

www.ebay.com/it...2347026e9f

Thanks!

As far as I know, the only difference is that the RC model had windows molded with a slight green tint, the static model has clear windows.
Also the static kit does not come with the driver figure.

I see why that would be a nice option, I've seen a mint complete car with decals not applied listed for aud$730 and nib body kit only listed for aud$620
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Sweet!
I just scored a BNIB Vintage kit from Etsy for $100 shipped!
I have a 58002 and am missing a few body bits. Excited to confirm what does and does not match up.
From what I understand, the 58002 RC is the static model with a rolling chassis & motor added.
