I've had a crazy idea for another (!!!) project, but I would need some sort of sound module. Without giving too much away, I would need something that I could download MP3 files (or similar) onto that could be triggered by the third Rx channel, playing the file through a speaker.
It would also have to be cheap ('cos it's me I've had a quick look on ebay, but not turned anything up. I suppose a Rasberry Pi would do the job, but it's a bit pricy and over complicated for what I need. |

You can get one of these www.ebay.com/it...7826&rt=nc This one seems better with separate on off switch. Also check out the video. www.electronics...ector.html Different models: www.electronics...d-Modules/ |

Thanks guys. Yes one of those modules look exactly like what I need. Shame they're in the States though
Edit: Looking at this one www.electronics...odule.html as I'd like to have USB to download files Erk! Shipping is more than the cost of the module! Total cost is US$26 ! Can anyone guess what I'm planning? Here's a clue... |
