I've had lexan parts wrapped in blue from around that period, though TBH I couldn't tell you exactly what - but I think the wing is probably kosher.

The body though, that would be very easy to pull the flim off a new one and call it old however it does appear to have the rectangular hole near the front, which I think means it's an original, rather than from a re-re (or a copy).
