Supershot resistors and prop shaft 15 years 1 month ago #2626

Did the supershot share the resistors for the msc with any other models?

I see that at least The Fox shares the same components. :silly:

If anyone needs Fox (or Supershot) resistors, you can get them here:

I have ordered a couple for my Supershot. Now I'm only missing the propeller shaft..... Anyone that can help? Please.....

The parts number is 4135006 - that could make the search a bit easier.
At the moment there isn't one on eBay.

If I'm not mistaken, you could also use the prop shaft from the reissue Hotshot.
In that case you would need the reissue prop joints too since the connections are different.
Older version uses pentagonal ends and the new one dogbone style.
Something I learned on TB not too long ago.

Might be useful info if you cannot find an original one soon an lack the patience to wait any longer. ;)

Btw - I changed the topic title slightly to better describe the content. :)

That's what I'm using right now ;-) while looking for an old style pentagonal shaft. I have the pentagonal joints, just missing the shaft. The crazy thing is that I KNOW I have that shaft..... somewhere. I'm going crazy about this

I just noticed I fed back the info from your other topic!
Already thought it was a coincidence that two members were looking for it simultaneously.
Sorry about the mix up.

Funny thing about knowing you have useable parts somewhere is that you usually find them after the problem was solved and you stopped looking... hope that's not gonna happen in your case. ;)
I have a TA01 gear diff assembled somewhere that would be perfect for my current build - if I only knew where I left it. :S
