In my quest to have many different Tamiya radio systems, I came across a good deal on a 45032 EXPEC SP that was unused and included a Sport Tuned motor. Then wouldn't you know it, I scored an incredible deal on a GT-01 Countach that recommends this very EXPEC SP system on the box! I also found a perfect Mad Bull XB body for a future project:

I received my most expensive radio set to date today.
This Radiolink has 7 channels and 2 of them is 3 pos for winch or something like that.
I'm very happy so far!
Some of the tech stuff I will never use but handy to have

Sometimes it's not about what you do with it most of the time, but what can it do if you need it to, LOL. For instance, My Bronco Badlands trim is far more capable than I need it to be during my 8 mile commute to work, but if sh!t gets real, then I know I can get out of it! That remote is very cool, I didn't even know they made that style with that many channels, so there's also something to be said about just being cool

Got a pretty decent deal on this Neo Falcon. It looks to be set up like the 57774, with an XB body and w/double wishbone suspension, then with CVAs added. I ordered turnbuckles, gearbox joints, wheel axles and driveshafts to set it up like the 58401 version. I have some other cool things planned as well:

Then there's a lovely vintage Fox that I got a great deal on because of the inside condition isn't great, and they weren't sure about missing parts. It showed up quite haphazard, but after a quick inspection and reorganization, all the major bits are accounted for I'm happy to say! Any missing hardware will be easy to source. Also, I was delighted to find a vintage battery inside!

Oh yeah! Ever since I picked up an original already built, I've been a bit bothered by it. It's the wrong shade of blue and I figured I could always keep my eye out for an original body kit with stickers. But did I really want to incur that kind of extra cost?  Just settle for TBG and MCI, which is still extra money? I also had to source an original manual (because I just love them) and was always looking out for a box, which we know could easily be another 100 bucks shipped, depending. This recent score I rolled the dice on the contents, and now I have it all for 2/3rd the cost of the one I picked up previously! So I'll be tidying up the first one and putting it for sale I suppose.

Ha! I just discovered that I bought them exactly a year apart on the same day, AND both sellers misspelled "Original" the same way!

What are the chances of that?!?
