Yes Jim I bought this body for my tgx mk1 ts first version. It was my runner hopuped. After, I bought the double deck version wich has the castrol supra body and I have the kure nismo Skyline body never worn because of its too nice style. The tgx is really fun to run and really easy. I think to make a post on it. It's a pure eight scale.

Thats great! I had the Opel Calibra years ago and really liked it. They are clear out of sight now for price. I would like to see you do a thread on your 1/8 cars if you would.

Another indoor run this morning with the M06. The place was different than previous week, and I don't know if the grip was different or if the driver adapted himself to the chassis, but it was much better than previous week.

I took about 40 mins of video footage, I will see if usable or not to do a small video...
I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them :-)

Tires grip is better after some runs like real tires. And mchassis are really efficients.

Yeah Flo!  Can't wait to fly around in my TA02 with high speed gearing! LOL Hopefully my Black Sprint motor will keep up, it is crazy fast for its age etc. One of my best motors.

I have been a NASCAR fan since a very snowy 1979 when I watched the first flag to flag coverage of the Daytona 500.

Here are a couple of pics of some stuff that sits on the other side of the wall you see, its the nitro workshop as it is dirty and smelly and i don't want to get my Tamiya stuff greasy. LOL

I love watching Nascar when i get the chance.  It's always hard explaining to people that "Yes, there is actually a lot of skill involved driving around an oval - At 200mph, bumper-to-bumper".
I went to the Daytona 500 about 10yr ago.  Such an awesome day.  Also did the Richard Petty thang, and jumped behind the wheel for some solo hot laps.  Such a buzz coming into the banked turns at 150mph

In other news.......

Over the hols I decided to take on a simple project.  I picked an M02 chassis last year, so time to do something with it (will do a full write up), and decided to turn it into a cheap drifter.  Went looking for a cheap body shell and found a HPI pre-painted Toyota Sprinter (there's a reason it was 'cheap').  It's a 257 wheelbase and the M02 is 239.  But it was cheap, and I wanted a cheap runner, and it's drifter so can be a bit rough.

So here is the M02 "Drift Pig"
