Although I was happy with the replacement front shock tower I made for the Vanquish, When I found a black anodized alloy Avante 2001 version for a nice price.... Well I couldn't resist :laugh:




If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Technically yesterday but since I didn't finish till after midnight it still falls to today......

Just finished painting my 1/1 vehicle in anvil gray bedliner.... now it needs a few days to fully cure before I can try to put it all back together...
<p>16 Tamiyas and the limit is reached (per the boss).... So I have to rotate to maintain that number.</p>

:) A friend sand blasted my lunchbox body and a set of blackfoot rims. Let's go for the painting.

Nothing too exciting :laugh: I cleaned up some vintage tyre's and fitted them to rim's ;) They're all vintage, apart from the re-re Egress rim's :) 2 set's of Wild One rim's with oval block's & pins, some astute fronts (how is that, I just buy a set of these for a fair price, but now this set comes to me as a bargain :P ) And of course a set of runner pin's for my Egress :) (when I build it :whistle: :laugh: ) Still more to clean :y

Hmmm Astute fronts...well done Andy ! I waited2 month until a new pair of tires showed up in Germany for a fair price !
Just keep'em as they don't show up very often :y:

Started cleaning the Mountaineer chassis after disassembling it





Note: The gearbox has not been touched yet, I'm waiting the bearings I ordered
