Hey guys, I'm new here, from Minnesota USA. I started in RC's back in the 80's with a fox and frog, then had a few others in the following years, but left it alone for a long time.

I recently picked up a re-re brat, and that re-opened a can of worms that should have been left closed! Soon after, I picked up an original frog from ebay,which I have been working on getting in running condition. It is pretty much there now. During this process, I also picked up enough vintage and re-re parts to almost complete another ORV chassis to put the extra body from the brat re-re on. So as you can see, the addiction is starting to spiral quickly out of control!

On top of this, I am also into planes and helis. So there is always a project going.

Hi Jeff and welcome on board the best Tamiya/RC site!!!
You will soon enough find that we all show signs of the same spiraling out of control syndrome, it's the direct result of exposure at a young age. You should not be to worried about it, I tend to leave that to my wife and Pay Pal account.

If your going to run hard or race the Frog/ Brats, Blackfoot,ect....I have a few extra parts.
I even have the old rare CRP brass insert front arms sets!
Must have for these cars.
I also have some CRP front springs too.
I used to race, and I had some trick Frogs in the days too.

A work in progress, original chassis with re-re body and mix of orignal & re-re parts. Don't know why it came out blue in the pics, its really purple


All re-re. This one is (hopefully) getting different wheels and donating the current wheels to the red brat.



Original frog with re-re tires and new bearings, lipo battery esc and 2.4 radio. Otherwise all orignal. Please excuse the bad paint job. It looks tons better than when I got it. It was painted in a color I can only describe as Metallic Baby Poo! which thankfully was flaking off. So I gave it some new color, and I am waitng for decals. Hey, its a runner!

Anyway, there you have it..... so far.....
