For 1/10 4WD racing buggies, Tamiya made the TRF 500 series chassis but those haven't been available for 15 years and you have to pay a fortune to find one now.  They don't really make racing buggies any more.  Kyosho has the 1/8 Inferno which is a modern racing buggy and will stand up to those others you mentioned.

Tamiya doesn't really make hard core bashers to compare to something like the Arrma Typhon.  The BBX is the most modern buggy they have and will handle brushless power, but not 6s.
