Well guys pulled this out of my uncles shed, it had been sitting in the same spot for 20+ years with about a 1/4'' of dust and grime..

Still had some of the original electronics of its day and the original speed control which was laying along side it.

And then it started...........................................................

I also centered the steering servo and used the Tamiya turnbuckle kit

This one is a f101 but only for the moment. I hope to'put the hand on my f102 plates and a body+decals set. Group c use f101 and f102 parts.

This front train is gorgeous.

Rubber tires work great and very easy to install on stock wheels...

also put a cooling fan on motor for longer runs................

Put the car on the scales with 2S Lipo 5000mah should have new numbers with the lightened bumper, motor plate lighter battery and so on.
How does the weight compare to others and to F1 cars, do I need to go on a diet?
