OK, sorry for the delay, frankly I was hoping someone else with a Willy in bits would rise to the challenge because I CBA to take one apart … then I remembered I had a Wheeler in bits and as the part codes are the same across both marks of Willy and the Wheeler, I believe the dimensions will be the same. 

I’m assuming you have Willy with these bits missing and are going the DIY route, if so please come back & share    


G2 (2 off) in black plastic, 3.2mm hole through the centre, 7.75mm on the narrower section, 9.8mm on the wider section, overall length is 7.45mm, with 2.6mm being at the full width. 

K2 is an aluminium tube in 10mm OD, 1mm wall thickness & 8mm, ID 45.6mm long with a shallow scribe line all the way round 4.85mm from one end. 

K3 is cadmium passivated, rolled (but unwelded) steel, length is 25.1mm, OD of 12.2mm, wall thickness 1mm and ID 10.2mm

Brilliant, thank you for your help. I tried to find these parts but failed. I am rebuilding one I found in the loft along with my Dublo stuff. Forgot I ever had it. Some screws and nuts missing that I have stainless replacements. Now to try and use your information.

interesting the manual has wrong dimensions on K2 tube. just got the tube, into the workshop.
