Hi
I’ve found this chassis, but I’m unsure what it’s from. Is it a 58002 or something else? I’m not certain myself, as the motor mount doesn’t look like the one from either the 58001 or the 58002.

What you have is the " 934 chassis ". Used on the 58001 and 58002 models.

Thanks for your reply. I agree it looks like the ‘934’, but the motor mount seems different from what’s shown in the original assembly manual. Normally the motor can be flipped, but that doesn’t seem possible on this chassis

Is that the optional, motor mount which allowed a 540 motor to be fitted.
Allegedly Tamiya’s first hop up.
