While I still need to manage the chassis halves and side bridges, I did something today. The shocks bottom hooks are known to be weak. Ideally, in 3D print, they should be printed using SLS/MJF powder base process... And while I dream to have one, it's not in my reach right now...

Therefore, I had to solve it in FDM... Orientation chosen to be optimal considering the different functions to manage, and added a supporting structure with a minimal number of contact points to ensure printability...


And it is a success...

The work on the first chassis half has restarted based on the 3 axis probing I made using the Carvera Air to get more precise measurements...

And the truth starts to show up...
