I've picked up a fox it's missing the chassis but has pretty much everything else. As I am not really an enthusiast I don't know what it's value would be so can let go of it easily, a 1400 racing pack battery and modifications to the remotes power input. Thought best place to sell would be here. Can I get some advice how to sell it. I do have an eBay account but as the chassis is missing didn't think eBay was a good choice thought I'd see what or if anyone is interested here first
I'm in Melbourne can deliver, or usual postage addon.

looking at the photo, the chassis is there, and it looks like there is an unpainted body too. Take a couple more photos and you'd have no problem selling on eBay.

Thanks cool will do, just wondering coz this seems to a good type what would be a fair price for someone to pay? When I looked some were 50 to sixty and others were in the hundreds?

prices can be hard to judge. If I was local, I'd pay $100 to 200 for it (I'm in Brisbane). It looks like you have a complete sticker set and maybe untouched body too, so that would make it more attractive. eBay can be a bit of a gamble if you, and it also depends on how you list it. I have gotten vintage things at good prices because at that time no one was interested in the bid, so from a sellers point of view you can be unlucky sometimes. However you can always set a price and if there are no takers, just reduce until someone takes it.

Thanks again, if interested id have it in the mail 2moro for a 100, he he... Am working on eBay shots and will be listing in next 24hrs. I think I will start at two hundred and drop after a week. Reading about it it seemed 5o be popular and good quality RC, just haven't the skills or time to give it the justice it seems to deserve and am hoping someone whom would appreciate it can.

very tempting, but I have 1 vintage one already, the one I had as a teenager. They are good fun to drive.

Thankyou for you advice, the fox has been delivered to central coast nsw to Ben? I think he will complete the build and be enjoying his new fox very shortly. Very pleased with advice and got a fair price. Thankyou to forum and members to assist restoring this fox to FUN......!
