On your 107 the stability of your plastic parts (like bumper) is garanted near -30°C. Under this temp, it can "explose" with a very small chock. |

Absolutely, Sting. I wouldn't dream of subduing my transmitter to such cold temps.
Poebe: Hahha.. no, not that. Something less bulky. That one looks like something from Star Wars, and what I read about it on the net also somewhat less powerful. |

Looks cool, I like the brand in any case.
I happen to've been watching some Tesla (the inventor, not the car) videos this week. Must be his ghost in action (saying it should have all been wireless). How excellent would that be... a "cosmic inductor" inside your RC so it wouldn't need a battery. Too bad it's a fairy tale. Oh well, I'll settle for a hydrogen cell then. |

For now there's too much money to be made in having the need for a distribution network (thanks Mr. Edison)...
I doubt one could tap it from the "cosmos" (who knows though) but if you create a strong enough field, it should definitely be possible locally. Wireless chargers are a reality already. Edit - I'm also not sure having such a field everywhere would be very healthy... birds might get disorientated and what not too. |
