Yeah, I did notice the price was a little ridiculous for 9 bearings. I will look into other options.

Bearings should not cost more than .60€ think that is about .90$

Wait with the motor and just run the kit esc and motor, for starters those work fine, later get a torque or sports tuned. (Motor is an easy swap)

Oil shocks, the mentioned Tamiya 84365 set of four for the CW02 chassis are good to go for.
(best ordered from HK or Japan)

Other point on the alloy mounts for the pumpkin body, i read there is the chance of breaking the chassis tub in case of a crash. So careful there.

Maybe I will just stick stock then for a while and instead of dumping all this money right up front, I will wait things out. The only thing I may buy outright then as far as hop ups are bearings and alloy mounts. I have read in a bunch of places that the alloy mounts are all but a must.

I have just been looking about here and there and jotting down some expense numbers. I just realized that going for all that stuff at once will really break the bank for me, just a new motor and ESC alone is money I dont have right now, I didnt crunch number's until just now.

So yeah, shocks, mounts and bearings seem to be a great way to start. This way in due time I can just throw in a new motor and ESC when I am ready.

I have the Tamiya short CVA II on mine and they do pretty well.

I have yet to learn how to search for most of this stuff in order to pick it up, haha.
