Couldn't help but notice the name of the local MP while we were out for dinner

Completed cleaning and rebuilding the rear shock today also sorted out the damper oil bottle I still need to figure out what I'm doing with the steering linkages as the ball joints on the arms are permanent so I can't fit the standard champ ones I then gave the motor a good clean ready for final installation, Progress is progress

patience is the best to progress

Keep the pictures coming, I think the cars of this era are the best Tamiya made, real metal, not piles of flimsy plastic.

Yes I think these are a great looking chassis, I am drawn not only with RC but in general to neat engineering so these are works if art to me

Well, you learn something new every day.

Did some work on this this morning before strapping myself to the couch for non stop motorsports 1st: Australia's big car race, the Bathurst 1000 (v8 supercars) 2nd: the Japanese round of Moto GP (GO Jorge ) 3rd: the Russian F1 GP

Anyway I rebuilt the front shocks and fitted, then cleaned the near new gearbox covers and fitted them on too
