Ok so the "END POINT" is where you want the servo to stop (in the steering) and the max throttle and brake in the esc. What it's telling you to do by using the the 3rd channel buttons is "INCREASE OR DECREASE" the end points by tapping the top button for increase and tapping the bottom button for decrease.

I would say you will need to have the car on and elevated (or just remove the rear wheels) so you can gauge the changes
