The slotted spur & large/small bevels are a diff for a vintage F2, CS or one of the other old 1/12th Tamiya cars & good ones are as rare as rocking horse doo-doo. I'll bet The HP Freak would be interested if they're any good, or maybe someone doing a Countach resto

Unfortunately the spur gear is knackered (teeth very worn and several missing). The bevel gears are OK though and I seem to have at least two sets.
I had already won a couple of lots from the same seller and these were going for 99p with no bids, so I thought I'd take a punt.
In the end I got these gears and, two SRB gearbox halves, two SRB brass pinions and 4 SRB half shafts for about £7 posted.

Tamiyabase being down also had a downside for my budget, did get me some nice thingies though.

First some birthday goodies from the misses.

was thinking of painting both gunmetal with some orange and yellow in TFevo style.

btw we had some sun today, almost forgot what that looks like

hot tummy, yummy

Somebody let go of his spareparts collection, just could not resist.

Found these at blue C today, tamiya gold pins, anybody tried these? might be idea for the vintage look and still have a working plug.

any comments, if this is enough for a dynatech 02H with a 7010 rotor?

Oh my, someone's been busy shopping... hamsteren!
I'd say the limit for the AT-5 would be around 13T so you're 10T double will probably create some smoke signals. :S

Needed a new bodyshell for my Mardave Cobra...bought this lot last night which will include a few spare parts

I'm hoping the 4x4 Merc turns out to be a Tamiya TB-02. Can anyone confirm this? I don't have much interest in road cars (or space to run them), so it will probably be for sale soon.

This shows it is worthwhile asking "collection only" sellers if they would be willing to box the item up and wait for a courier. This one was - however I have learned from experience to make absolutely sure first.
