TL-01s are bulletproof runners. It's just a bit hard to do simple maintenance on them.

yup, got my paint and sticky work cut out for me this spring.

Edou, what sort of maintenance is difficult on a TL?! I think the only thing I found awkward was the decision "Do I put the ESC or the RX down that hole where I can't get to it". Setting the motor pinion in the right place can be tedious without the Tamiya tool, but that goes for a lot of others too.
TLs are the best "usable" chassis Tamiya ever came up with in my opinion, simple, functional & easily upgradable to something very competitive, with minimal outlay. Awesome carpark bashers too!

TL01s might be tough, but so are cockroaches. I don't like them either

Well done Jonny, yet ANOTHER hot drink in my lap! I like cockroaches, you'd never see a human operating that many legs so quickly without issues, & I have to say, the whole radiation survival thing appeals to me to, as does not having to pay for meals or to work, & to be able to breed without consequence
