I would have been devastated to have lost some rare spares like those. I’ve now got a couple of full sets for when I finally build my own Cheetah.

They make rc stuff but are quite well known for their repro bodies a bit like Team Blue Groove I think.

What is Penguin, a brand name?

Yep a rc brand, but also makes other stuff too.
Their online site does not seem up to date as the download PDF says summer 2006. No idea if those parts can still be ordered. They even has a TLT performance chassis.
