I'm not  a pilot and disliked the rwd buggies since I owned my dt02 and after the dt03. They are the only ones I liked and love run. Now I run the dt03 but the 02 was almost the same easy to run for a basic runner like me .

Did a run with my Striker today.
Beside a broken front arm, dogbone popped out two times and a  missing wheelnut, it worked great on 2s 4000mAh and TEU101BK esc.

I did swap out the old receiver with a repaired Traxxas one as the old one glitched bad with limited range last time I drove it.

Yesterday the tribute Beetle build got a servo installed

And finally my SCX10 ROD driver got some paint...
Edit: Vallejo paint did go on much better than Tamiya paint if anyone wonders..

I don't know why, no excess of accidents nor roll on, but the raptor body of the spirit is officially dead.... I will fix it later. I puted the box body.

So ever since I finished the RC10, it's been a rainfall of easy DT-02 projects! This post is more like, what did I do this past week, update.

I already posted the black Neo Falcon with yellow mods, but there's another (white) one that's a runner now. All torn down, cleaned and rebuilt with running gear installed. The white body is actually growing on me I think. Here it is completed on Thursday:

Friday I finished up the Fighter Buggy SV build:

Saturday I got to work tweaking a Super Fighter G Black Edition that I picked up a while back. It needed a few details tended to and it's a great runner!
Then Saturday night I started on a fresh build of the original Super Fighter G. Sunday I was ready for finished pics:

Then the whole gang got into some group pics:

Then right before bed last night I had a thought, so a quick change and voila - Super Street Fighter!

Nice work Todd. The Street Rover really stood out to me until that last photo.

Tamiya should have released that one, perfect proportions, nice adaptation.

Yeah, I'm really diggin' this wheel/tire combo and feel like it will be my go-to runner set for the driveway where I do most of my messing around.
