A few deliveries rolled into a single photo. Motors all used, 4 Johnson’s a Mabuchi 540 black end bell and a 380 with the black end bell ( great for vintage resto’s ). A couple of early parts for the 1-16 Sherman tank, the micro switches and the part which I think allows you to switch power to the tracks ( clutch system ???? ). A couple of re-re black SRB bumpers. I’ve already put one on my original Holiday Buggy to match the box art. Another set of Celica / 306 Maxi wheels. My Celica resto gets an up grade as the originals weren’t in the best of condition. Finally a bit of 3 mm steel rod for use with the HB and Sand Rover steering arms. That lot should keep me going for a bit. Attachments: |

A great deal on a Horizon Hobby sale last week for the VW Golf II GTI 16V, and then my white whale arrived - The last vintage box that I needed for my 1986 collection of cars, manuals and boxes - and it even came with the inserts! The last pic shows it filling up the spot I had saved for it on my vintage box shelf.

I love it. And a stupid idea for you bro, you should do the same smaller with lego parts and stickers and your micro led system. But it's just an idea.
several legos were back some weeks ago but short in time to clean and rebuild them. I just dismantled them and put all spares in boxes. |

Original chassis for the 56001 first release of the 1-16 Sherman Tank. In amazing condition so although this came out in 1974, I’d be amazed if this is from then. But still good to have got hold of especially as the one I got originally had been chopped up. Fingers crossed with a bit of down time over Christmas I can start putting this together, although still missing some parts to make this thing go. Attachments: |
