CC01 getting rare these days.
Still got my Pajero I bought in 08 that did many miles on trails. Locked front and rear axle and 65t lathe motor is all it needs to climb. And I recomend some sub 96mm tires on these for performance. I used SDI Trail Doctor on mine but has also used RC4WD Dirt Grabber tires which are 96mm. Scale Design International was a great seller, but the his site don't seem to work anymore sadly. |

I bought my Wrangler in 1994, and love the cc01. I restored it several years ago with aloy tamiya parts (found for very cheap price years ago) shocks, motor support and surely other ones. I have the original low rider kit ( not the rere low ride kit) . A rere Wrangler body and a nos pajero body. I love this chassis because it has absolutly no interest except for a scale rolling chassis. Not good on road, nor in off road. Perfect with its basic 540 in the garden. No more. I killed mine with a yellow mega motor kyosho the body didn't support the macadam....... more times on the side or roof than on wheeles after a too hard limited steering. At this time, it just had the mega motor and ball bearings. I think that it was my best running summer ( 94 or95) because I past my time to run the cc01 and the clio williams ff01. 1 month in alps waiting charging aqs.
