A small space classic lego arrived today.  Ideal to play on the desk🤣

I remember that little set!  Brings back memories.

I know that we aren't a lego or playmobil site. But for a 80's child like me , lego and tamiya  are crossed. You begin by legos, nice built and you have the age to build and run a rc car.  Push a lego and after push a sanwa remote controler.(for me for the sanwa with better reminds. But my first rc was a gh1 with a graupner radioset).

After some rambling last week about my on the cheap 3 speed, the main issue was always going to be the body.
TTP models had the rear bed for the Brusier / Mountaineer in stock.
So this is the current idea. I obviously need to buy the correct front cab, but it looks like it could work.

Pretty realistic just as it sits. Should work well...

Cheers Jim, I was surprised at how wide this rear bed is, but it looks right. I was worried that the original had the wide rear arches and using this rear bed would leave the wheels sticking out too wide, but I’m pleasantly surprised at how it looks.
Front cabs seem to be sold out, so I’m going to have to wait on them to come back into stock, but I’m okay with that I’m in no rush, plus there are loads of extra parts trees to buy to complete the body.

Def good news when you are trying to build one for a reasonable price. Never saw a 1st gen in person but is the front half of the body different than the Bruiser class?

I've only ever had Bruiser and Mountaineers, 1st gen are like Sasquatch, plenty of pics but not sure if it exists! LOL

This was a local garage pick up yesterday for immediate resale as I am ashamed to say I have zero interest in this one. Got it for almost nothing.

Never thought I would say that about ANY Lamborghini!
