Unfortunately the box suffered a bit...




And the previous owner packed it with selfsdhesive tape with disregard to the box..





But anyway, even if the box has suffered a bit i'm quit happy with it.




The Mountaineer itself will need a bit TLC...
This one will be fully restored in box art colors (i already have the original decal sheet !)
All the bronze bushings will be replaced with ballbearings

A more detailed description of the broken/missing parts will be described in a restote thread in a while...

Yet another victim of a seller assuming that shipping involves someone in a van coming to your front door, putting on kid gloves, wrapping it in cotton wool & belting into the passenger seat & then driving it direct to its destination.

That parcel hasn't been abused in transit, it's just been inadequately packed

Pity about the box that would really whizz me off as i collect the boxes i love the box artwork that packing is shocking id be looking for a partial refund on that its a collectors piece and the box is a huge part of its value that or negative feedback to the seller.
