IDK how I "feel" about it, it doesn't make my teeth itch or anything Flat spots are a real thing - I've bought many used RC cars & trucks that are flat on the bottom, with cracked or completely failed sidewalls above the flat spot, I think it's a combination of weight, age, heat/cold & UV exposure, being put away dirty, inappropriate lube, etc etc. Of all the possible factors, I think time spent loaded on one "side" is the biggest, but how long it takes to happen is not something I've observed apart from on my CC-01 RV, which is _very_ heavy for such little wheels, the tyres are quite soft and they started to look flat within days (but sprung back when suspended). Most of my cars are nose down at an extreme angle on wooden shelves, restrained with bollards made from unused plastic 1150 bearings. For those that are wheels down (whether in glass or not), I bought a load of 60mm OD, 5mm wall thickness clear acrylic tube and cut it to length in steps from 40mm up to 75mm, the void is usually enough to find something to locate on the underside of an RC car at both ends, the height chosen allows for variations in attitude, altitude, and ground clearance. Some, like my Clod and Massey Ferguson 760 Combine Harvester are just flat on their wheels, having their wheels rotated by 90 degrees every leap year is about all the attention they get |

The easiest for me for my lb and mp on shelves were tobacco boxes I still use . My pick-up lunchy runner based on a rere pajero was in a shipping bag for monthes and I discovered it has flat on tires. Since a lot of years I try to suspend my rc. Or remove the wheeles when the cars are boxed. I killed a new set of tires on my frog because I didn't remove the wheeles in the box. Rear ones have been flatened and cuted. "Note for latter, suspend the m chassis on shelves"....

During my vacation the last couple of weeks I finished my Vintage Tamiya Porsche 935 Turbo.
Those Vintage decals are on a new level of difficult which I never experienced and I feel like I need another holiday, jut to mentally recover. But the result is absolutely amazing.
