If you want to make a spool diff (locked diff) you can use Tamiya - 54424

Well! That's another solution. Still need to install a ball-diff.

I received my new wheels an tires:

I've bought four rear wheels and tires to give my DT a more truggy style.
I've also received the plastic spare parts. So I have work to do now... :)

EDIT: Well I've made a mistake. I took wheels that are not 12mm HEX... It is a real pain in the a** to find wheels!

Been there a few times myself. :S

They are pins only. It seems too difficult for websites to just put the fitting. Hopefully there is Modelsport UK. Their filter system is the best.

But I'm still happy. Those Sweep tires feel really good.

I've replaced the whole rear gear box and put a nuts and longer screws. I think this is strong enough now.

Yes my friends I decided to go to 2.4GHz with this low cost FlySky FS GT3C. Very good value. I'm still need to get used too. This my first gun type transmitter. But it already feels so much better than my old 27MHz Futaba Attack T2DR and its huge antenna. And I feel a little less ridiculous too. :)

The tires are much better too, too much maybe. I was able to make little wheelies on short grass. And, well without a slipper clutch... I think I stripped my spur gear! :)

I have to find a way to have some kind of slippery somewhere. Maybe by using ball diffs.

Yes I did a comparison it is exactly the same as the original one.

Nope, I just got this morning from goodgamex . It is not the cheapest. But if you want it quickly, it is still a good price. Else, you have to ship it from HK and wait 2 weeks or so.

I don't plan to upgrade the firmware at the moment. Not sure what I can gain from it. I only need two channels and works great out of the box.
