Got this package a few days ago.
Those 2.2" Front Dirt Hawg tires was on sale for dirt cheap and it was the last two so I grabbed them while I could. No idea for what project yet, but will find something to put them on. The 55t Hackmoto V2 motor will replace the current 45t on my snowblower. 80 turn was sold out everywhere so 55t it was (80t is recomended and needs to tackle 3s power) |

This is about two weeks of buying parts for an FF01 chassis after I picked up model 58127 the Castrol Civic VTi. I realised that a few bits where missing from one of the Parts sets, luckily I’ve got a full one in coming. A few more bits of hardware are on order as well. Plus I’ve reached out to another member on the site for what I’m hoping are the only missing bits. So fingers crossed and thank you. Here are the parts that came in the box. As well as the full body set. Using man maths I think this is still currently less than buying a vintage NIB kit, but probably still on the stupid scale it ranks at a solid 8. Attachments:

Hey Todd,
Nice additions! Noticed you said Amain and not Tower, I have quit Tower pretty much, benefits etc. have gone into the ground with no more coupon codes etc....

Same here, moved the bulk of my business to Amain. Tower occasionally has a great deal on something, so I still let them send me promotions just in case. Their pre-order treatment is still terrible. IG_tamiyaddiction

More stuff turned up today. A couple more bits for the FF01. A 3D printed steering wheel and column for the Blazing Blazer. And last but not least I bought the set of rear Sand Rover / HB tyres that Jonny spotted. The tyres are genuine so this is probably the cheapest set of rear tyres I’ll ever get. Also just to clear up something Jon mentioned, someone has drilled through the wheels to widen them, I can only assume a wider axle. Weird they were never run them, maybe an experiment that didn’t work out ?? Attachments:
