80s/90s McLaren F1 Style ;)
That was a nice time with Prost & Senna.
But also in Ralley and Touring they had this red/white thing.

That's my no-malb malb, staying at the foot of my pc monitor ;)

But i have to get some malb stickers to build up an original. I'm also thinking about to get a Tamiya non R/C scale model to color it. I have seen an amazing video at youtube, a japanese guy colouring this model very very nice!

I think that you just have to use X7 red paint and for the used running version, you can use oil pastel. It is cheaper than pigments. I use this method on my militaria die casts. White for use, black and brown for running marks.

In the leaflet of the CR Tuned it is specifically mentioned that it has 0 degrees timing...
They might be a good alternative for Bullheads and such as well.
A lot of torque and about the same rpm as a silvercan.
It will probably even give such a car a bit more top speed, as this motor would be more efficient under load.
And the motors wouldn't be working against each other, making it taylor swift around...

Bit of progress on the Humvee... next up was the front gearbox. Take it apart first :

Cleanin' out dirt :

My little helpers - feeler gauge for shimming and the E-clip tool :

Rubber sealed replacing metal shielded bearings :

The aforementioned shimming of the C hub (0.4 and 0.5mm - quite a lot) :

Hardened ball ends instead of regular ones :

Suspension arms finished:

Nice suspesion arms! A 35T in a ta01 Gearbox? Do you want to build up your own very special crawler? ;)

You'd be surprised at the speed of 35T motor - I've had them in two scalers, thinking they'd be a good compromise on speed, but had to swap them out (for 55Ts) as (offroad with low gearing) they weren't really any slower than a silvercan
