Love when it gets dark...

Also made a battery holder for my street light

Brighter on pics than real life regarding the street light.

I'm focused on collecting 80s sets, mainly Classic Town, Trains and Technic.
Especially the 12v grey era is one of my all-time-favorites.

And although I don't like the "new2 studless Technic sets since the 2000s, I have some of the "Control+" sets. Most of them can be converted to Pybricks and steered with a standard Xbox Controller, so no need for a smartphone or tablet any more.

Impressive NIB collection Carrera!
Train has never been my thing, but I remember looking at them in the catalogs back in the day.
BTW there has been a lot of Lego train stuff on the norwegian FB page "Lego auksjoner" lately.
Most of my recent stuff is from there or "Finn".

My mate that started with Lego at the same time as me has decided to sell his collection as he just wants to build and not play/collect them.
So I snapped most of his stuff bar 2 models as my Lego space is already crowded as it is.
This is what I come home with a while ago...

Boat is gonna be sold together with another boat I have as I have no habour or space for one as my thing is land based, vehicles mostly.

I also bought 6628 recently without the crane, but I have managed to find the crane not far from me for freeĀ
This is one of the ones I had as a kid. Do not remember if it was 6628 alone or the one that comes with a Shell station. I belive me and my brother had the Shell station so probably the latter...

Also boutht a second 6660. This will mostly be parts car as I need the articulated wheel base for a MOC I plan to build this winter.

Wow, that white-blue tow truck 1572 is really rare, especially if you have the original instructions.

Yesterday I finished my first MOC I designed last winter, the Helipad Truck.

With the outher part of the helipad tilted down for transport..

With 6657 landed

Placed in my city..

I also built the Dakar Truck designed by Apachaihapachai on Rebrickable which is designed to work with Classic Town.

Parts were ordered at Bricklink via Rebrickable and some missing parts not in stock were provided from a norwegian Lego FB site.

I probably going to order parts for this Ford Capri in Speed Champion size later this fall.

1x 2x4 plate - black
1x 2x6 plate - black
1x 2x4 tile - black
2x 1x4 tile - yellow

Today I released the instructions for my modded 6634 Stock car on Rebrickable.

Above you see I used 2x 1x1 plate on each side to support the red bar as with the stock 1x1 brick the bar hit the roof.
But by flipping the roof I was able to fit the 1x1 brick anyway.

With stock livery.
Sadly the part with the red Shell letters above the rear wheelarch is not in the parts list in the Bricklink studio so I was not able to fit that on this model.

And here is how the stock 6634 looks like..
