This is likely going to be my next Lego build.
This is Auto Transport MOC-244881 by West Texas Brick Builder on Rebrickable.

It`s very big with 2040 parts, and ofcourse there is no Norwegian Bricklink seller that has all the parts, most likely I will need to purchase from 3-4 sellers minimum.
I do have some parts, but very few of the ones needed.
Cost will probably be 200 Euro or so.

My 50th birthday is coming up in Januar and I had plans to buy a Thundershot. But now I saw this Lego MOC, funds will go towards that.
I can`t afford both items sadly.

First I will buy the PDF instructions for the Auto Transporter to see if I can use alternative parts without them showing.
Seller had flagged Paypal account so I`m waiting for the account to be fixed.
This will be my largest Lego build so far regarding number of parts..

Here is a link to the Lego MOC if any is intrested: rebrickable.com...ort/#parts

Hi Richard, should be a beauty! Hard to judge scale by the pic, how long or what scale will it be when done?

It`s 11 stud wide so 8.8cm.
Have another truck similar to this and the truck itself is 23cm ish.
So I will guess about 75cm long in total.
I`m guessing as the creator has not given any measurements.
But probably a tad less in length than a 1:25 model kit truck + the Revell Auto Transport trailer.
Speed Champions series is estimated at 1:24-1:32 scale.

Just looked at a real one with Pete 589 and it`s 80 ft aka 24.5m.
At 1:32 it would be 76.5cm. So 75-80cm is most likely. Or put it in Tamiya language, two m-chassis cars in length

Today I finally got to repair the 6653 led system after my mates son dropped it onto the floor which ruined my led system.
A few days I got a package of 100 3x2mm magnets.

My first try failed.
My on/off switch consist of one 1x2 tile with knife blade glued to the underside.
Under this is 1x2 plate with two magnets.
I tried to mix my own grafitti paste from pencil in lack of conductive paint.
The wires got no conection after securing the wires to the grafitti paste with superglue.

My next try was a success.
I drilled another 1x2 plate with 3mm holes, guided the small wires through the holes and then press fitted the magnets.
This way the wires are secured by the press fitment of the magnets.
Then I superglued the magnets from the underside.
I did use activator, which I should not as it made a mess.
Next time I will let the superglue harden by itself.
Then the was just the matter to connect the negative wire from the plate and other side to the small battery.

To disconnect the power I simply need to take off the blue 1x2 tile seen in the opening in the rear.

I like this truck. And you lighted it . Congrats because it's a small legoland model. All my legos are in box like you know because. Share other ones please . Just for fun. Same if I know, we are a tamiya forum. But in my mind, legos arrive to rc . Maybe a classic évolution.....

I just ordered parts for the auto transporter.
Mostly used parts as only new ones would be stupid expensive.

235 Euro was auch enough!!

It actually got more expensive as I had to purchase a few more parts.
Not happy the designer used some rare parts instead of modern cheap ones that looks exactly the same.
It could have been at least 20 euro cheaper.

Yes I will fit lights to the 3 sides pointing outwards as there is near 130 lights on this and they also cost some.

All but one of the 5 Bricklink packages are on its way.
Waiting on reply from a FB site on the few last parts.

Only thing that will be different on mine vs the one from the designer will be white wheels instead of grey as there was not enough available in grey.
