Found a fix for the bend in the trailer. It bends that bad that the floor is on the ground most of the way.

My fix.
1x of 32 stud long technic axle

1x 6 stud technic axle

1x 2 stud long axle connector

28x 18677 axle holder

And this is how the fix looks under the trailer.
Removed 5x 2x3 plates from under the black 2x4 and 4x4 plates and replaced them with 2x 1x2 plates + 1x4 plates to support the crossmembers above.
Fitted the above mentioned parts and fitted 6x 2x8 plates + 2x 2x4 plates to secure the parts.
The axle holders are fitted every other way all the way down the chassis

Was thinking very hard to how strengthen the chassis as it`s only 4 plates thick at most, or 1 beam + 1 plate if you will.
To fit a technic beam it would need 1 beam and 2 plate thickness, on plate on top and bottom.
Ground clearance is already only 2 plates thick, now with the axle holder there will only one plate left of clearance.

The nice thing with technic axles and holes in those beams is that they are 4.8mm. My LHS has H.S pianowire in 4.8mm is I want to go for steel axle.

There is a lot of issues to fix on this.
Most annoying is the 5th wheel on truck falls off very easy.
Same for the trailer end.
I will see if I can fit technic beams without changing the look too much.

I have also figured out of how I will switch on / off the led system on this when the times comes....

Today I have fixed the suspension and connecting front and rear part of the trailer.
I used 2x 1x16 technic beams and 2x 1x4 technich beams. so now each end is fixed by 9 atuds in one area.
This should be a lot better!

Looking at my real one now and the rear end sag 2 plates.
So really weak. This is without load on it.

Next is trailer coupling and floor fix on the truck itself.

I have finally switched over to my new laptop I bought last spring when it was on sale.
Takes a while with ME condition and head that don`t work some days.
One major drawback is the new one is running Edge in S modus which mean I can`t download thingsĀ  that`s not in the Microsoft store.
Like the Bricklink Studio I have used to make Lego models and making renders etc as above.
It will not go out of S mode which is a safety surfing mode.
Which I was a bit more tech head sometimes, but computers are not my thing.
There is also not enough storage space on the computer either, the 8000 rc related pictures is one of the folders that I had to leave out.
Need to get more storage space in near future.

"S-Mode" is really just Microsoft trying to enforce an Apple style ecosystem.Ā  Affects more than just Edge.
You need to turn it off completely.Ā  There's instructions somewhere on the Microsoft website how to turn it off.

Finally worked today to turn it off!

Made a new rear upper ramp with fold down "tailgate" so the ramp will reach the road.

Here is the complete trailer with the new upper rear ramp added.
Slightly longer than 88cm now with this added..
Also moste real trailers has longer upper ramp than lower...

This evening I designed a complete new 5th wheel as the one that the designer did, falls off just by touch. Not enought studs to connect to chassis.
Red beam will be sandwiched between two other Technic beams.
The trailer end is modified 2x4 plate with socket end (tow ball) and towball sits on the hitch.
Toothed technic plates is locked together with 3l technic axle and technic bushes.
This will not go anywhere!
Was tricky to design.

New tow hitch added to the truck.
Had to change the design as it was not possible the way I first made it off the truck.
Trailer sits now about 2 plates higher than the truck, but that is easy to adjust with the toothed end of the technic plates to raise or lower the the 5th wheel assembly.
